Poor Customer support & Over charging

I`m another helpless customer of Big TV, Inspite of repeated calls to the customer care, the starter 2 pack can not be activated which includes colors channel.Customer care lines are very busy & may take 7 - 10 mins of an average time to hear a human voice.Different customer care guys give different statements for not able to activate the desired package.


Their datebase systems are usually "under upgradation" & they are not able to give the details of the money being charged to my account on daily basis.There is no escalation matrix.Even upon repeated requests to forward the call to the team lead but no such option is availabe.They donot have the provision of sending the statements via mails(email or snail mail either).Overall the billing system is very very poor.Advice to stay away from such pathetic DTH service providers until they realise the expectations of the customer now-a-days & become more customer centric.
