No transparency

I am the customer of BIGTV from 9 months .Initially I thought that I was a good brand and will provide best service due to its renown name, but I was wrong. In these 9 months I face many problems, sometimes related with account information, worst customer service among all dth service provider.No similarity when we check our account balance twice.No transparency regading their working process.


Recently I have faced a new problem.They close some channels without informing me.When I took a new connection , then I apply for starter 3 pack according to my need, but now they remove some channels from starter 3 and make them top up, for this I hv to pay extra money. I was paying Rs.175 for starter 3 pack, but they r saying that u hv to pay more for the channels which r remove from the starter 3. It is so painful and frustrating for me.


I have taken a monthly subscription which will over every 28th of march, but on 16 of march they remove some channels without informing me.I think that the service provider should ask to the customer before changing existing plan. If customer is interested then plan should be change.i am not compile to see the channels which big tv want , but I want to see the channels according to my wish and budget. I am sure my problem would be solve as soon as possible. my subscriber id is 200519150615
