I have purchased bigtv DTH service in bangalore. After buying the kit I have called tool-free customer care (not busy) and requested for the installation. within 16 hours I got call from customer care that I would recieve a call from technical who will do the connection. As promised within few hours he fixed the appointment and did the installation in 1.5 hours. showed me the signal quality and all and left for another customer installation.
He was bit hurry, did this at night 7pm in the dark. But still quality is good.
he told me that only 20 meter is allowed as a free and rest I need to pay from my pocket.
Overall, I am very much happy with the service and quality. This setupbox has RF-out which would be suitable to old tvs .however they provide av out and other sort of interfaces like usb etc.
I rate bigTV is the best service. Price wise, channel wise, installation wise and quality wise.
