I am using BIG TV and now I am realising this is a biggest mistake of mine.they have no technical ability to provide after sale services.for every problem they have only one answer that we can not do any thing it is all controlled from Mumbai head office.....Never use this BIG TV...they are cheating people.
I Have take connection 15 days before and I got an error message on my screen from last three days that I am not subscribed to view any channel.My connection is not working since last 3 days and nobody is able to resolve my problem.it is next to impossible to contact with their customer care number..
I have contacted the customer care after trying for three long hours and they assured me to rectify my problem in next 48 hours. after that I have contacted to the local service provider and he replied me that he is only there to sell the product and to provide the hardware problem not any other problem and he said that when he’ll find any new connection in that area or nearby that area then only he will send his engineers to see the problem
I’ll strongly suggest to never use this BIG TV. They have poor service.....no authorised service center..... no responsibility..... dealers are not good.....
