Big TV

Hi Friends,

This is my first review after being a customer for around 2.5 years.

I would like to share few things why Big Tv is the best.

Pros:

1. It has wide range of packages for all the segments of people when comparable to other DTH.

   
   




2. It has around 11 cinema halls and many pay per view channel(than any other Dth).

   
   




3. The quality is better for all the channels.

   
   

Cons:

1. The cinema halls should have been provide free with the existing packages(which would have made it the No.1 Dth in INDIA).

   
   




2. The customer care takes lot of time to connect.

   
   




3. The adds during watching channels are irritating sometimes.

   
   




4. The account info. is not updated(most important).

   
   

=> I hope if these cons are resolved , then no doubt Big Tv will be the best DTH in India.

In spite of all these, still Big Tv is the best , looking about addition of new channels during this year.

don’t go just blindly by the reviews on Tata sky or dish Tv.
