This regarding my experience on Big TV customer care service from yesterday and today. From yesterday I am continuously calling Big Tv to enable cartoon and Pogo channel still is not enabled .. Every time when I call they say you wait for an hour channel will be enabled. Nearly I have spent more than 6Hrs
My time has gone like anything. In a day I never used to watch TV more than 1/2 hr. My time to Call and watch the TV with setup Box on has gone in Vain..
Worst service ......... People working in Big TV does known how to solve the problem
