Guess, what happens when your initiation was cheated by some fraud.exactly like bigadda.com.I’ve shopped with almost all shopping site in india.But the product, delivery, service all things are worst.worst.worst.in the case of bigadda.com as usual reliance group of industries are known for cheating and fraud with customers.i’ve ordered a sennheiser headphone bearing order no:100023817 on 17/10/2011 and they promises to ship within 7-15days but similar like fraud company, they withdraw all their communication modes i.e phone is not accessible and reachable, no any reply from email .i tried about 100times to call their customer care but none of my practice gone positive.after about 6month of my order.the customer care phone no starts ringing.but again like prior.phone rings but no any reply from bigadda.com.again its ok.right after one month a customer care associate pick my call and start giving excuse like a failure.and promises again to refund the amount what I had paid during online transaction.again after 15days exactly on the day of their promise.get no reply.one thing I like in that are they never fails to make you fool or cheat you.unfortunately till today they have not refunded my money after the 8months of their promise and delay.i hope after reading my review they may again start giving excuse.i strongly warn the online shopping buyer not to buy anything from bigadda.com, otherwise you will be looted.i think they should have name their site as bigfraudadda.com.and quotation should be like this .looting the customer!
