My scepticism of online shopping has only increased after the order I made with the Bigadda. I had ordered for HTC G1 mobile with a very good offer on May 7. The expected delivery time was 7-10 days. I got the automated generated email that my product order has been registered ( Thank you for shopping with BIGADDA SHOP. This email is to notify you that your order has been registered. Your order number is #6100000024) .
However, to this date I have not got any mail about, if my product has really been dispatched. I called up the customer care number several times and they gave me an assumed date in all its probability of when my order would reach and tells me that automated track order couldn’t be provided due to some problems.
I call up again ut to no response. Pathetic service. Beware if you are planning to buy it from BigAdda. There’s higher probability for a Total Rip off and no certainty about where your Orders are. I should have stuck with Flipkart. Say No to Bigadda. It sucks big time. Can I have my money back please. Mr.Big Bacchan I am wondering how could you even endorse such a Scam site with the worst customer service(if at all they are ).
