By mistake, I tried to purchased the Jewellery from the site as I have some promo coupons, I got the set in 7 days but the set was not as displayed on site, I called to CC and they assured that they will pickup and send the new with same design, I was doing the follow-up alternatively and always I promised that it will pick up soon.
After around 15 days I posted the issue on Facebook and surprisingly they started deleting the post instead of answering or solving the issue but I posted it approx 50 times and finally they answered that it was in process.
It’s almost month now but they never send any body for pickup. Now you can understand the Customer support and resolution and interestingly they deleted all my post from Face book.
So Guys please avoid Bigaddda for doing any online purchase, as it’s a pain in online shopping.
