I have used Big Basket on and off, but I have been having more problems recently and consistently in every order I placed recently.
Things finally came to a head and I realized, I am going to post a review, after trying to sort it out through their customer service!
Products are often below par . I had a problem with one of my vegetables purchases and had to mail them 4 times before I got a response.
Intimate products are supposed to delivered with packaging . they conveniently forgot about it and refuse to answer questions on it when I mailed customer service three times.
Also, they often send wrong products . and it is sometimes a hassle working with their customer service for replacement.
If you don’t want to be embarrassed, I would suggest staying away from Big Basket!
Their customer service agents don’t read the email and simple state I did not request for it specifically, when their site states that intimate products come with packaging - and that’s listed for the product every time.
They simply paste robotic answers and tell I should understand! Update: I posted the review after my repeated mails to their customer service went unanswered 7 times - email and their contact form options. They only interact when all is good, when there’s a problem they disappear. So DO NOT Use the Site for anything!
