Hello friends I am going to shair my experience of using bigbasket which I have start using few months before but now I am not using this application because few times I have ordered things from it and sometimes things went wrong and when I tried to contact them their is no respond from that side that was dissapointing for me and I was contacting them because in some of my orders they charged me double tax and it not happend once it happend severals time that’s why I stopped using this application. and their product quality is not up to the mark as their price rates because sometimes I ordered some vegetables and some of them was rotten. their delivery timeings are not good, if some one needs something within a day he is not able to get it at that particular time , it takes min two days to delevery.its app is preety goods but some times it hangs and it has got some confusing features.its realibility is not good as other application.
