This is regarding order number A-MBVO-27837398-030617, one of the item in the order was 12 piece Ratnagiri Alphenso mango but they had delivered local Karnataka mangoes in the name of Ratnagiri Alphenso mango. Beaware of Bigbasket.
I purchased black raisins seedless from big basket Bangalore but when consumed I found that raisins are with seeds. First time I thought maybe some mistakes and ignored then next time purchased and same issue. Please find the attached screen shot. I called their customer care but they just as they will take it as feedback. I also find their price are not that low what they mention, you need to compare with your local grocer store before placing order.
