Post booking in the BB website, Rep calls and clarifies the address, so that he can locate on the google map. takes 10 mins to locate with great difficulty. To my surprise my order is cancelled later in the day of delivery without any reason or intimation.
This is unacceptable service and taking customer for granted. this is not fair by exploiting the innocent citizen as I am sure there are no strict rules/laws as govt wants to promote eCommerce business. these companies are misusing this liberty and does not care about end customer.
