Big basket has both features as I fell and have experienced. Firstly big basket will deliver your products in given time. They never delay and never make you wait . Products are average type, neither very good nor very bad. It is useful for those who don’t get much time to go out and buy groceries. Bad thing what I experienced is that the product I ordered was less in quantity comparing to what was shown and written in it. This is very bad and loss for the customers. No machine available to check the quantity is correct or not.
