I had the worst experience with Big basket. after placing the order and paying money online. they told it will be delivered tomorrow. next day at the delivery time. some one called me and told. items are unavailable you can cancel the order or we can deliver it next day.
I preferred not to cancel the order as I have already paid the money.next day when the delivery was still not done. I called big basket. and the customer support person told. delivery boy is on the way. after 5 mins someone called me and told. items we got are not fresh, . we cannot deliver. we are cancelling your order.
Also it will take 7 working days to return your money back. I advise not to order anything from big basket. There should be some -ve rating option for such websites .
