I ordered 17 items and since i was going to be away, I kept the bill amount at home for home--helper to pay. 2 items were not delivered and neither did delivery boy inform, but took the entire amount. When I complained next day they said items were not in stock. Refund will be credited to your wallet and i recd sms of wallet credit. Immediately again recd msg that due to technical reasons amount has been debited. Again I phoned and spoke to supervisor who said only 1 item is sent and she kept making mistakes in product and amount which I kept correcting her. Now they promise that 1 item will be sent tomorrow and rest amt will be refunded. She said await call back from Floor Manager. None recd.
