I have been a Big Basket user almost since its inception. Service was really good but I have been facing constant issues recently.
In 2 instances I found that all the items are not there in the delivery, and then there was instances of very delayed delivery without any prior intimation(which they used to do earlier).
The behavior of the delivery personnel has also definitely become worse is this the the result of not being able to handle size. I for one am surely moving away from Big Basket
