I was a regular user of BigBasket and always bought household essentials from it. But due to its dishonesty, I have given up this platform. I ordered a few items from their site as I always buy, but they delivered two expired products, which I raised a complaint about. Their customer support team was not agreeable to refund my money because I mistakenly opened the packet. They said you would not have opened the packet if you wanted a refund, and my point was even if I don’t open also, what will you do with the expiry product? This was the reason for my anger; I won’t suggest this fraudulent platform to anybody to waste money.
