Today only I registered after hearing good things about big basket. I ordered of 1000+ rs and when we got delivery in time.
When we verify delivery it was only partial and even delivery boy didn’t inform about it. When we asked for remaining items, he told he’ll be back in few mins with it. He came after 20 mins, and told my order has been mis-placed and he will deliver tomorrow.
He asked to make complete payment. I told him to take payment after making complete delivery. He asked to connect to customer care, I tried for 10 mins but no one pickup. Ultimately I asked him to take back delivery.
It is very bad experience and probably I’ll never go to big basket again.
