I had ordered some groceries and vegetables - Order No BBVO-39018862-060118 - When material was delivered, I found that, the vegetables ( Bottle guard and Ladies finger) have become old and so hard . One can not cook them or use them.
I can surely say that nobody at big basket has sense of quality check before dispatching them to customer because one can detect this only with visible inspection that these can not be consumed. I had to throw them as they were not usable.
I went to customer support tab and found that there is no provision to return vegetables hence wrote to them using feed back however nobody has responded to my concerns.
Please stay away from big basket. They only fool customers through advertisements from big brand ambassadors but does not care about them. Unreliable isn’t it?
