it is worst service ever I imagined. By Bigbasket app and website we can order food and vegetables.but once .i had ordered some dry fruits and vegetables .it was so late that I had ordered at morning 10: 55 and they came at 12: 10 so late that my father’s train was missed. And when they came. They came with the right food. But the vegetables is smelly
And the quality of dry fruits are worst .rhe vegetables. they are rotten. And taken the money much total should be 150around they told 210 rs. Ibetter than this we can buy vegetables and fruits from the grocery store. It would’ve been better than this.
I had contacted customer service and they said we give this only sir.they are not talking clearly about the topic
Don’t buy vegetables and fruits from the big basket they are worst ever.
