Even though I was putting up with the continuously dwindling quality of fruits and other products because of the convenience offered by Big Basket, I never expected a level of negligence that would cause them to deliver fungus infested loaves of bread.
Out of 3 different types of bread, 2 were past their expiry and one was a day away. On top of this after registering the complaint and promising to get back within an hour, they didn’t bother to call back (it’s been 12 hours). I have been completely disenchanted with Big Basket because of this experience.
