I have been one of the very early adopters of bigbasket and found them to be very good to start with. Well, actually I have got habituated to their on time, good products and good delivery.
However in last 1 to 1.5 years(I guess after they got funding, may be now they don’t care), their quality of product, quality of delivery personal, quality of customer service has gone down drastically. They wouldn’t mind delivery rotten product, wrong product to avoid 50% delivery guarantee credit, delivery people are very much raw and not a good experience to deal with.
I would sincerely advice the new customers to think twice before they get hooked on to it. It is just that I have got habituated to it, I am taking sometime to leave them for good.
Let me try naturesbasket as an alternate to see!
AVOID BIGBASKET. THEY ARE NO MORE GOOD WHAT THEY USED TO BE.
