I was having high hopes when I tried BigBasket for fruits. I had checked with my household and confirmed that the prices were reasonable. So with hopes of making my life a little easier I ordered few fruits( Banana, Grapes, couple of varieties of Mango, Apple & Grapes) . The package came on time and I was kept informed through SMS.
But the bananas were mushy and stale. Half of the mangoes were stale & the grapes were withered and not great. I’m hugely disappointed and probably keep trying other services hopefully will find a decent seller.
