My recent experience with the grocery giant has been practically horrible. They listed all the ways, in which they were helpless. My query was just that I wanted to update my mobile number and link it with my active account. They said it was not possible. Then I asked to transfer the wallet amount to another account. That’s also impossible as per them. Really money-minded people. Pathetic customer service. Not going to spend even a penny on them, going forward. They can take the money in wallet as a donation. I don’t know about other Indian cities but as a resident of Bangalore, I had an extremely bad experience with the so called grocery shopping ’giant’ ????
