I complained multiple times a year or 2 ago about a website glitch that causes wallet amount to be added to subtotal instead of deducted. I called and sent emails, all of which seemed to have been received by Hellen Keller, as no action was taken to correct the glitch. I got sick of being robbed little by little with every order, so I boycotted them for a while. Now I gave them a chance to redeem themselves and AGAIN they are stealing from customers via this same clever glitch.
Boycott them until they quit stealing. Think about it, if they steal 1 rupee from 1 lakh customers each, that’s 1whole lakh of stolen money they are enjoying, which will surely be hidden from the tax man somehow.
Also, no same day delivery. better place your order 24-48 hours in advance before your pantry becomes empty. IF you enjoy getting cheated, that is.
