I used Big Basket for the very time and had to choice online shopping for grocery because I did not get time to shop locally as my office hours were too hectic. So one day I decided to check them out.

Also as I was the first time user so I got paytm`s 20% cash back when I paid through it.They had very fast service and delivered the item in the set time frame. The most interesting thing is they do ask you at the time ordering that what time do you want the order to be delivered. This feature of saved of worrying about missing my order delivery at office hours and made sure that I could receive my product at my convenient time.
Frozen food was delivered cool and they brought some kind of small cooling refrigerator with them so it kept my fish fries safe.
I could only say that I am now just going to use them. But yes for items like vegetables I am not too sure how they perform on those items. According me I like shopping for vegetables from my nearest sabzi market.
