I had been using bigbasket for the last 4 months and enjoyed their prompt service. From last month we have started facing issues with their delivery. To top it all yesterday they rescheduled their delivery for two timea and then they re-schduled it for two days later.
When I requested why such delay their response was to either accept the rescheduled delivery or cancel the order. Have cancelled their order and said bye to them once for all.
