The quality of service in my area being degraded . Today evening I have ordered one cake for birthday of my daughter and paid in advance with express delivery charge. That was scheduled to be delivered by 9 pm. But no delivery or any information given by them. When I called to customer service at 9.05 pm, they told delivery will be made little late duu to traffic or vehicle issue. Nothing happened. At 9.40 pm they called and informed that order has been cancelled due to distance, however same product has been delivered by the same vender in my place earlier. I have been humiliated in front of my little daughter and her friend. Local shops were also closed that time.


Now who will take the resposibility? What will be the compensation for my chilblain?


Expand business but don’t compromise with quality of service.


Similar experience I have faced twice within a week.
