I am writing this review after seeing so many negative feed backs here. I don’t think Bigbasket is bad. in fact I find it quite good and handy.
I never had any experiences of rotten fruits and vegetables. Actually, I get better quality than what is available in normal market. e.g. is I buy spinach, not a single leaf will be damaged.
Customer service is also good. once they failed to deliver one item. they have refunded 150% of the amount as big basket credit.
Typically I get a delivery slot for next day. This is perhaps the best time for on-line shopping.
My only concern is that some products are slightly(by 5-10rs) more expensive than market. This I happily ignore because of the quality and hassle free shopping.
