Bigbasket it might be a good name in terms of online shopping but in real its not .Big basket provides rotten veggies .Recently I ordered some fruits and veggies from big basket but the quality was too bad especially ginger and tomatoes they were smelling a lot .The customer handling is also not good as the delivery boys are very rude and they never use to come on time .They even use to argue when we complain about the rotten items . This app is really not worthy for me and I think to buy items from market is a good option rather than ordering it from big basket.Thank you
