First of all, BigBasket is not for people who have time and energy to survey several shops and decide the cheaper/better quality products.
It is a very convenient Grocery/Vegetables shopping portal which gives you flexibility to order items and select delivery slots as per your convenience. The lop side of this is slightly higher prices as compared to market. As per my opinion I’m ready to pay that extra price as it saves lot of my time and hassles of going to grocery stores.
Their customer service is good, your calls are answered after reasonable wait time and you can modify your order/delivery slots. Though I would really prefer if they make provisions of such alterations online.
