After confirming from Bigbasket customer service guy about the location of order I invested time and placed order at Bigbasket. After placing order and online payment next day my order was cancelled that they are not able to place order in that area but there was no statement at the time of calling bigbasket first time neither it was mentioned on website/app.
When I called again and email Bigbasket the customer service was very pathetic and they were totally ignoring my concern.
Even earlier also same things were happened but I ignored that time but now I feel this issue to be raised and comes to the notice of people and senior officials of Bigbasket.
