I have order the groceries from Big basket, all the order were either delay or cancel, repeatedly,
failed to deliver my order, really annoying, the customer care even mentioned that your order has been dispatched but I never got it, really pathetic customer service, they never call back & address over queries, they don’t have a toll free number too, somehow they managed to rule their reputation every time, even this app charge for cancel order and that basically very pathatic, I don’t think so I ever had the problem with any online app like the way I had with big basket , , are you serious guys,
