Big Basket services are not always good. I have ordered twice at this is my review

Packaging is good and hygienic.
Home delivery charges only Rs 20, if order is below Rs 1000
10% cash back or discount on your next order.
Negatives
Vegetables and fruits are not always fresh.
Little expensive than sabji mandi rates.
Their home delivery time slots, surprisingly do not match with working people.
I requested to deliver in time slot 7:30 am to 9:30 am and specially mention / call to get stuff before 9 am. But the guy said they start at 9 am only.
Now tell me will you be rushing to office or reaching there or you wish to stand at gate waiting for your order to be come and be safe in fridge?
