I have made 17 orders on BigBasket.com since December 2015. I buy my vegetables here too, never had a problem. The veggies are always delivered fresh of good quality in breathable packing. Every product I bought here was of good quality and I had a problem only once.
They delivered different bag of lays instead of the one I purchased. The balance amount was paid to my wallet. Although they do have a website glitch at checkout time it will bill you from your wallet first so when I saw that error for the first time I stopped filling my wallet. I had initially filled my wallet for the excess weight charges for my orders. But now my wallet goes in negative each time i’m charged for excess weight.
BigBasket is realiable. I’ll continue buying from it as long as the company lasts.
