I was see their service in Hyderabad when I was their to visit my relatives. It is an online grocery store which works in big cities only. I see their service is excellent. Customers have the option to choose the date and time when they want their order to be delivered. Cash on delivery option is also available. They accept Ticket Resturant coupons also on food items.

It is a boon for working proffessionals and people who do not get enough time to do day to day grocey shopping. I have used bigbasket 3 times and have a very good experience with it.I dont need to carry heavy grocery bags myself to my flat rather than it is delivered by the delivery boy. The best part is I got various free products, coupons and discounts while shopping like 6% off on total cart value .
Such type of offers are usually not available for grocery items in any other stores. Im waiting when this will start in my home town area Chandigarh. its really nice.
