Hi friends this is surender i’m not regular user of big basket but ofenly twice in month I used this app but now totally I have stopped using such apps. Even I have verified by visiting the store itself, the veggies they deliever are almost dull and lost their freshness.
Let me share with you an experience one month back I was travelling to dwarka for buying some personal staff, so I reached Welcome Mall in Dwarka Sec-10 and what I saw that bigbasket place ( where they store their all staff) is completely ruined, all staff is not at their proper place especially I noticed that green vegies are almost dried and they have almost lost their taste goodness freshness and flavour even then they are packing them and get them delivered even I asked one delivery man that he is going it to throughing out, I was surprised by his words he told me that no i’m going it to deliver in dwarka I told him that staff is not good at all he told me that he know but the buyer will eat that as he doesn’t have time to visit the shop or market so let him eat this crab and do your own job from that day I have decided that I will buy my staff from own by visiting the local market or Mandi to buy llllfresh healthy green vegiesl
