The orders are confirmed even if the payments fail. This is the worst website that I have seen so far. Sometimes you may want to apply a coupon but most of the times the payments fail and the orders are placed at actual price with Cash on Delivery! this is ridiculous - Please change the way your orders are confirmed. There is long hold time on the customer service number and they are not able to help most of the times.
