I ordered a kilogram of lemons from bigbasket on 22nd of march. The delivery was scheduled in the 7 am slot on 23rd. The delivery did not come and a call came from their side that it would be delivered at 7pm due to failure to dispatch. It did not come at 7pm also!
And no call came from their side again!
I thought it would come on 24th morning at least, but it didn’t, then I recieved a mail that it would be delivered at 4pm. And then after some time I recieved one mail that it would get delivered before 10.30pm. This was a small delivery of just one item. Still they created such a mess out of it!
They expect you to be waiting at all time slots for the delivery and dissapoint you several times! I would not give this site a 5 star! Or consider it reliable.
