Extremely bad experience with bigbasket.com and also suffering.
First time try to useing the big basket.com websit, I order 6 products but they deliver me only 3product.
Very disappointed,
Product quality is not good and not fresh.They deliver me after 4days, bad Servicing and delay in delivery product.
When I receive my product it’s just irritating, I just ask to delivery boy why don’t deliver my other product.He angry and argument with me. Delivery boy have no manner.
Never seen before this type of servicing.worst.worst.
Customer service: -very bad
Product quality: -poor
Deliver time: -need to improve
App and websit: -very bad
Reliability: -bad
So I suggest u neve buy any product from Big basket.com and never get fresh product.
