I ordered stuff from big basket 3 days ago and till date the stuff is not here. I made a big mistake by paying them in advance through credit card.
These guys never call - rather they send impersonalised emails at 11.30 in the night stating that the delivery has been cancelled.
Why do they then boast of "Same Day Delivery"if you call them - the parrots sitting there just know to say "sorry, sorry" " thank you" yes, no, etc.Utterly unprofessional and third rate service.
Because of their claim of same day delivery, I booked through them - and till date I have not got the goods.There is no number to contact any of the responsible there or to escalate the matter.
Never will I recommend this site to anyone else and also will never shop
Godjrej’s nature basket is much better than these frauds.
