Order is half delivered but site says its delivered. Why is that so?
Person who delivered the half items said that he will be delivering it very soon. Half order was left in the office due to human error that what he told me. More than 24 hours passed and I am still waiting for the items. He was picking up the phone till 2 hours back and now its busy tone.
Two items which were shown as "available" is not available now and money is in credit note. Website should be real time in updating its inventory, you can’t take order for something which is "out of stock" and if its "out of stock" it should be highlighted in the website.
I gave evening timings for delivery and delivery person came in morning to deliver and now he is complaining that I was not there at home. They don’t understand that if I have given specific time to delivery then they have to deliver within that time, they can’t deliver it at time when I am in office.
Whatever 6 or 7 rupees I saved in order has gone in drains in calls made to customer care and the delivery person.
Still waiting to hear from them and still waiting for my half order. Called up customer care and they are saying it will reach me shortly . but I now am very dissatisfied with their services and never going to shop with them again:-)
Latest update: I got my remaining order last night and they credited extra amount (around 10% of the bill) in my account to compensate for the delayed delivery.
