I have been using the services of bigbasket for last six months. They have always arrived on time as per the time slot. Their delivery men are also well mannered. But yes, when you place the order with bigbasket, please make sure that the number of items and products are same as ordered.
It happened with me twice, they didn’t deliver few of the items in the list and I didn’t check this at the time of delivery and I realised this after two days that I have paid for the items not delivered, so I immediately called customer care and she immediately refund the money in the wallet. Thereafter, whatever happens, I never to forget to check the items in front of the delivery man. Overall good service.
