I would recomend everyone not to go for online shopping with Big Basket as its a BIG BLUNDER Company not delivering the products within 1 week even, to my surprise I have been asked to make Rs 99 as additional charge even I made entire payment for my order no .:WDFVO-10192730-090516 dated 9th May 2016.
After gwtting the delivery schwedule for 12th may then again rescheduled for 14th May know today on 16th May I called up the customer care I got a foolish revert by customer care executive named Lidhi at 17:24 hours that the order have been rescheduled for 16th May 2016.
So its a complete no company to deal with rather shop on Grofers or Askmegrocery or even on Zopnow.
