Hii guys Now I am sharing experience about Big basket. Few months ago I ordered some fruits like as kiwi, apples etc from big basket apps. Their costs is about Rs 700 But these apples are so rotten. Even they didn’t store in refrigerator for one or two days.
Customers service is okay okay. But need it more improvement.
Product quality is not so good. I have bad experiences regarding this product.
One more thing their delivery charge is to high. They didn’t show delivery charge on apps. Their bill is about Rs 700 on apps but they charge Rs 850 to me. They said extra charge is delivering of your product. They deliver my fruits to 4 to 5 days.
Apps and websites is slow. It is not reliable for me.
