I have been using BigBasket for about 4 months I use it to buy Groceries when there a no big discount offer ongoing on other onoine Grocery stores but BigBasket also does come up with good offers, I usually buy on packaged commodities from them so I haven’t faced any issues with quality or weight be it BigBasket own repackaged so product or other Branded ones.
Their delivery guys are also good so not much to say about them, they have a refte a friend offer which gives me Rs. 100 for their first order and they also get a goodie, getting a reward for referring a friend is something I like since I feel like they me the credit for getting them a new customer, they also come up with payment gateway offers quite regularly which is something other online grocery store don’t do as often.
