It has been a harrowing experience today with Bigbasket. I repent placing an express delivery order and choosing to make the payment through Sodexo. To start with, the order was delayed beyond the stipulated timeline of 90 mins and hence the option of express delivery is pointless.
Secondly, the delivery executive didnt have a Sodexo machine and sent me a SMS link to make the e-payment. I was at work and must have attended at least 10 calls from different representatives who repeatedly sent me the link to make the e-payment through Sodexo. None of them worked except the last one which I tried on a different browser using my Desktop.
I know for sure this is my last order # ?DX-BBO-42549602-070318 with Bigbasket. Trust me there is nothing that a neighboring supermarket fails to provide that you guys do. They are just a phone call away and you surely dont need to rely on Bigbasket.
