Been a regular user of BB. But now there are major issues with payment . The payment goes straight to a payment successful window for the BB now and then Cancels after a while. May be they are not able to handle delivery and found this as an east way out.
On regular BB orders also the system pushes us to pay on their own wallet without allowing any other mode or forces us to pay cash on delivery.
Complaints are also not attended too.
Is this Tata culture. I didn’t expect it this way
