I have been a long time customer of Bigbasket. Off late, everything has been so bad that I’ve decided not to use their services anymore. Here are reasons:
1) they mix fruit and toilet cleaners and lay them one on top of the other
2) they do not respect time-slots and deliver whenever they want
3) customer service cannot hear customer issues. I have raised these issues to them with zero response
4) milk has been spoilt more than once
5) dusty products are delivered
6) growth is not an excuse for bad warehouse management and bad delivery service.
